He sits on the Board of Directors of the National Military Intelligence Foundation and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the Steering Committee of the BADC Committee on National Security Law, Policy, and Practice. He is also a charter member of the Security Clearance Lawyers Association.

McClanahan gave his input on this. In order to classify a document, the president has to make a plausible argument that it is related to national security. There is not the same or similar requirement for declassifying. Per McClanahan, the president "doesn't have to give any reason for declassifying it. He can say I decided this document should be declassified, and it's declassified."

It's gonna be a steep climb to prove the docs were still classified. And the precedent of the Clinton tapes in his sock drawer favors Trump.

Every purported fact was litigated in court and they all failed except one in PA dealing with how long to count mail-in ballots (the ballots in question were not counted). So unless there is some new information that can be proven, you are lying once again.

Why were invigilators told to go home, THEN the suitcases were wheeled out from under the desks and 'paper' was fed through the voting machines, 'paper' they took from these cases ... on all machines that showed the vote, it was at this point onwards - in the early hours - that Biden 'miraculously' jumped past Trump

THEN there's the issues of certain voting stations boarding up windows so what was seen happening inside, couldn't be seen
