So can anyone explain please ? I was born a male but always felt I am a female. My Body is somewhere in between so does this make me Male/Female Non Binary or just a freak !!!!

It's better to just accept who you are without such categories. There is a good chance that if you do pick one then you'll subconsciously try to adhere to that category even if it doesn't quite fit.
