A man is a man and a woman is a woman and no amount of surgery or pills or indoctrination will ever change that. Sad that our medical establishment is into destroying lives.

@hippyjoe1955 The medical establishment is in the business of profiting from individuals unhappy with their lives ie: boob jobs, lip injections, butt implants, Botox etc. etc. etc. Funny how these services are exceptable because a subset of people want to label these attributes as attractive. The whole thing is vile and disgusting.
