I think that, in this photo, it's a combination of my slightly protruding pelvic bone and the kinda wide space that I have between my legs (I like it!) and my pubic hair (I shave at the sides by my legs but leave a furry landing strip in the center for my husband) and maybe the lighting and slight shadow on that day.
