I have a Problem with the Trans issue in Public Schools

If you follow my posts you know I'm a big ole liberal. I'm for equality for everyone. When it comes to the trans issue in our public schools I have a problem.

Do you know what school kids are studying in Europe, Asia, South America? Science, math, history, geography, languages,
- all subjects that will help students be successful in needed professions. But here in America our kids are occupied with if they are a boy or a girl, and what bathroom to use. This is cheating them out of a useful education.

Our kids have enough problems with school shootings and other violence. Responsible adults must give students a safe environment at school, and teach the subjects they are supposed to teach, not gender experimentation.

Let's just say anyone is free to be a boy, a girl, trans or a Duck-Billed Platypus. Issue solved. Now get back to your science and math books.

I think the bigger problem is that modern course curriculums tend to be created by those lacking a useful overview (a sense of direction).

@SW-User Could you elaborate?

@badminton Too many big words and major oversights. Too generalized and un-insightful.

@SW-User Have u ever imagined how that can be changed? What if children had way more influence?? And their parents maybe? I n designing the curriculum itself?
What do we expect when the bureaucracies ruin everything because its a business model but its still followed in education. Top down incompetents calling all the shots...we still like that.

But kids are learning all the time, it would be revolutionary to watch and see what works for them and then help all children get the learning they crave and already LOVE. Good parents know that.
