Jordan: Decriminalized same-sex sexual activity, although no specific protections exist.
Bahrain: Decriminalized same-sex activity, but laws regarding "public decency" are used to target LGBTQ individuals.
Turkey: Same-sex activity has been legal since 1858, though there is no recognition of same-sex relationships and rising political hostility.
Lebanon: While article 534 of the penal code has traditionally been used to prohibit same-sex relations, recent judicial rulings (as of late 2023) have increasingly ruled that consensual same-sex acts are not unlawful, moving toward decriminalization.
Palestine (West Bank): Same-sex activity between men is not criminalized, although it is often illegal in Gaza.)
