What do the straights mean when they say the LGBT community is forcing themselves on them?

I’m talking about LGBT people. You’re going off about something I never mentioned and I NEVER insulted anyone in this post. I asked a genuine question.

@Aliveshock no one is calling you a homophobe if you don’t want to get hit on, that doesn’t mean you can go around being rude and wanting to oppress gay people just because some are bad. The world doesn’t work that way.

You have to also understand, not every woman wants a man coming onto her. Men need to seriously get over themselves.

You hate gay men coming on to you? Congrats, you now know what it’s like to be a woman receiving unwanted attention.

I got your attention and I do appreciate your honesty about not being open minded at any level on this subject but using any input you get to further hone persuasions. Yes the LGBTQ+ diatribe is very uninformed and tries to form the inner values of younger kids in elementary if they get the opportunity.
It isn’t unusual for professors, bar flies and even those in public areas to accost young straight men. You wouldn’t know since you are female but the assaults go unreported. Many gays were not born that way but groomed that way because of assaults.
You do use labels and slurs, homophobe being one. I have not seen one not even one good definition of homophobe and I know you couldn’t provide one because there is none.

@Aliveshock there is not an argument in this world that can convince me to be homophobic. That’s not being close minded, that’s called having standards and not being a bigot.

They are not forming the values of children anymore than straight people do. So how is one okay and not the other? Consistency is important. Either it’s all okay or none of it is.

And none of this happens to women? Men do this to women ALL the times and even if they are reported, they go unconvicted. None of it is right and we handle those people individually. Last I checked we don’t punish groups of people for the individual.

Hating a person for their sexual orientation or thinking they need to be shunned from society makes you homophobic. That is the word typically used. That’s not a slur and I’m not against labels. We call people who hate black people and think they should be segregated racist. That’s a true label that is fine to use.

You are using crimes that happen to all people as a reason to discriminate.

Many gays were not groomed due to assault. So that argument is just a straw man. Even if that is true, why are you using an assault to hate someone?

I used to think better of you. I’ve been open about being a lesbian for years and you never spoke to me this way.

From now on, don’t comment on my posts like we are cool. We are not.

Btw- I was not groomed into being attracted to women.

@Aliveshock and most rape and SA cases go unconvicted. Women have bee fighting against men doing those very things to them for decades. Again, congrats, you know what’s it like to be a woman.

Slurs like cis, homophobe, incel and breeder are just too easy to use and not acknowledge. I see you already made a post on our exchange. I’m glad you are gaining something.

Cis isn’t a slur, it’s used to describe someone who isn’t trans. That’s like saying that someone is white is a slur. It’s not meant to be a slur at all. Homophobe is a description of someone who discriminates against homosexuals. Is calling someone a racist a slur? Same train of thought.

Predators are predators. Straight or gay, they are trash. But just like men who SA women doesn’t make all men bad, the same can be said about the gay men. You are also forgetting to mention lesbians. Stop acting like we don’t exist. We are still a part of the LGBT group, so are bisexuals. What’s your logic in discriminating against them?

I don’t react this way because I feel challenged. I reacted this way because I realized you hate people like me and believe we aren’t equals. You can’t talk down to homosexuals to someone who is a homosexual and expect us to continue to be cool. That’s not how it works.

Your argument was that animal behavior justifies it for humans and you couldn’t be more wrong. You also insist again that man is an animal. Again you are wrong. You pretend to base an opinion based on evidence and you simply don’t provide it, period!

Umm what? Last I checked, I’m considered a citizen. Also, this issue is more prevalent and worse in Eastern Europe. Typical American, thinking the world revolves around them. This post wasn’t even about homophobia in the USA. So I don’t see why I have to cater it to Americans.

@Carla You are an advocate for an extreme political position. I am sure that by now you have drank the Kool-Aid and wouldn’t recognize a fact. We can start with the chosen vocabulary used when transitioning and calling it a treatment and not an alteration.
This new found “science” of LGBTQ+ is such an imaginative movement that when the science doesn’t back them up they ignore science.

Ive been queer my entire life. Raised in the mid west, in the sixties. I was never around a queer person. Hadn't a clue what i was even experiencing.

@666Maggotz You started off with the label of CIS. What makes you think a label created by the LGBQT+ community is accepted by those it labels pejoratively? Who in their right mind would think that persons that don’t have the transsexual lifestyle are cool with the term especially when transsexuals are arrogant in its use.
Homophobic is an incredibly uninformed term. The Etymology of the term what people claims it means let alone the term metamorphosize from violence to a lifestyle into not accepting every single position that the group holds. Much of this happened in the 90s when GLAAD was formed and a lifestyle/political position was forming.

Again, im from Poland. Homosexuals in my home country are still treated as second class citizens. The world doesn’t revolve around what’s happening in the USA. You are still a part of the problem in the USA though.
