I don't like labels myself but I think its more about what attracts you, the sex is secondary. Most bi's are probably pansexual in reality.

Yes, bi means attracted to both males and females, with or without a preference for one over the other. Pan is all-inclusive; attracted to male and female, and also attracted to trans and intersexed, as well, with little or no preference based on gender.
