Is being 'bisexual' just something accepted for women but regarded as sub-grade for men?

There are so many 'bi' women if you believe the so-called sex-positive dating sites that tout themselves as hubs of intimate DEI culture.

Is being 'bi' similar to how women being 'lesbian' is more or less 'mainstream accepted' but being bi or gay as a man generally isn't?
