I'm 16 and bisexual (female preference), all other saphiccs I met have no interest in dating and nothing in common with me?

But those people don't interest me.

How can I find myself a female partner that I can be compatible with?

First, don't listen to any boring people and their boring suggestions.
Second... I think the best way to find the person you want to find is just to live your usual life, but don't lock yourself at home. Visit different events, gigs and so on, meet people, talk to people and sooner or later you will find the person you need. All other ways don't work unfortunately.
