Please don't get yourself brainwashed by the on going propaganda from Hollywood and media.
There is just Male and female, there's not a single evidence on earth which can prove homosexuality.
It's being protected by the laws because they can't debate with us.
I agree with @Feature it's gender dysphoria mostly.

In this condition, 5-alpha-reductase deficiency, individuals have XY chromosomes, can have female genitalia, but produce sperm. If there are only male and females, which classification are these individuals then?

That's a mutation my dear.
I am medical student and when we study about non disjunction of xx chromosomes, or klinefelter's disorder or similar conditions we don't have to classify them as a different gender, lgbt is a different thing.
You could have given me harder objections like xq28 marker, LeVay's studies.

What do you think about the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis? The size is dependent on sex, the male's is larger than the female's. Transgender females have the size a female would have as opposed to a male.

Do you know about the studies of *hulshoff pol in 2006 it was the effect of hormone therapy on brain volumes in the male to female transsexuals.
Your concern about the BSTc should be blamed on the Netherlands institute which provided fuel to the 'Brain-Sex' theory.
I suggest you actually go through the report and you'll find out that the transsexuals had already been through the therapy some until their death They did examine one woman, in whom a virilizing adrenal tumor had produced elevated testosterone levels and one man, in whom a feminizing adrenal tumor had produced elevated estradiol levels. Neither individual had BSTc volumes or neuron numbers that were atypical for their sex, but it is probable that their cross-sex hormone levels, although elevated, had not been high enough and had not lasted long enough.
Brain sex theory is pretty much loosing I have suggested you before to go with genetics, you might catch me somewhere on the chromosome 🙃
