@WowwGirl I expect you to mean xy and xx are not the same - correct? - Those are typically described as the "sexes", but if you mean gender follows sex, fair.

What about people with different genetic distributions? XXY for instance? Or XX-men (where they are born with male genital equipment)

I am genuinely curious about what your side of the fence thinks about these things.
