How are white transexuals treated in the Middle East and Eastern Europe?

Greece is East Europe, there's a greater understanding and acceptance nowadays but the occasional mockery is still around and so are some incidents. So I'd say, on a touristic island it can be safe but not in every city and definitely less in province.

No one likes to acknowledge that Israel is in the Middle East and transexuals are protected by law there. What passes for Palestine? LGTBQ+ there seek refuge in Israel.

In the Middle East, I believe they get whipped ... that's not a euphemism ... they actually get whipped, publicly - the same way that VICTIMS of rape get whipped ... {as it's deemed as HER fault if she gets raped}
