Things with dad are going well so far

Things with my dad are going well and have put the past behind us.He is understanding finally that I am much happier as my true self.Plus he does call me Shawna using the pro nouns she and her around me.I asked him what made him change,one was hearing the Johnny Cash song,hurt.Realized the hurt and pain he put me through when he rejected me.I did show the pictures of my transition and did tear up with tears of joy seeing me becoming much happier.I am 100% proud of him and has shown remorse for the actions he did which bit him in the butt
