Thoughts on this?

Hi I’d like to ask your opinions on this statement:
“Trans women are women but they are not biological women”

"Women" is a gender/cultural category, not a biological category.
Whoever said this probably meant to say "Trans women are women but they are not female." That would be much more accurate.
