I think that's kind of an Apples and Broccoli situation there. Male, Female, Transgender, Non-binary, etc are gender identities. Demi or Demisexual is a sexual orientation usually used to mean someone who is only attracted to a person after growing a strong relationship with them. Other Sexual orientations would include, bisexual, homosexual, and heterosexual. Gender identity references the gender type a person identifies as whereas sexual orientation refers to who someone is sexually attracted to. So, back to you, if you were born with female genitals, and identify as a female today the most common way to label that would be cisgender, in which you identify with the gender you were born. Importantly, sexuality, gender, and identity are deeply individual so while we label groups with similar identities nothing makes for a one size fits all situation.
