So i'm pointing out that by calling a reconstructed vagina a wound that same logic says that any reconstructive surgery is therefore a wound because it did now grow naturally.

@Pikachu it's not [re]constructed it's constructed. There is no disease, damage any abnormalities to warrant a reconstruction.
There's a gaping hole where there was non before and naturally the body tries to close that gap. That's a wound.
You can only reconstruct or restore that which was already there.
