@Lucia Quite so! Too easy to be judgemental about others' harmless dress sense.

Though it reminds me of the now-defunct "Regulation Clothing Company", a Bristol-based mail order firm selling among things, school uniform items in adult sizes. For theatrical use, of course.... Its catalogue model for the school-style short trousers had a beard that would impress a Talibani.

I think it's just another moral panic from the socially conservative. The same kind of nonsense we saw when gay folks were getting the right to marry : "What's next, marrying animals?! Pedophilia!?"
In reality it's just people living their lives.
