As a trans male and apart of the lgbtq community how would you guys take this?

Is it okay for a straight person to get away with bashing a trans male who is me and i nearly died after being in icu cause of the incident
Now in my opinion no one should get away with this doesn’t matter what gender but lately there is more attacks then ever against us lgbtq people and our community
This isn’t okay for it to happen 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️⚧give me your opinion thank you

No one should be harassed period. However i find issue with two things on your post. For trans in particular its not hate, its refussal to accept a lie. You cannot simply transition from m to f or f to m and we're not about to play this game of charades. 2nd, playing the victim card. The fact that you experienced a tragic event or near death does not grant you special privileges. You are not in mortal danger from any straight person because you're trans anymore than the rest of us are. The person in question likely is prone to violence regardless of gender

@JestAJester this post ain’t about or against straight people I only said that instead of family member cause what’s the point of outing your own family

well you never actually described what the incident was that took place and seems to be bringing up that you're trans and lgbtq to get people on your side.
overall, I do think some are assaulted justifiably in certain situations like breaking into someones house or in self-defense.

@Torsten the incident was Attempted murder

@Alexkeenan for no reason whatsoever?
I am curious why even bring up you're trans and lgbtq whatever?
Alexkeenan · 18-21, T
@Torsten the reason was cause of my sexuality and because she wanted me out of the way idk why tho and because I am proud of who I am I ain’t ashamed of it
Of course it’s not ok for anyone to be bashing anyone. Everyone is unique and I worry that putting labels on people makes things worse rather than better. Putting a label on someone creates a stereotype and leads to division.

No its not okay. But it happens. There is a lot bias and hatred against the LGBTQIWTFthat'salongname.
