One problem I see is for hormone treatment to be particularly effective, it’s better to start as early as possible, but then the issue there is that kids can’t consent.

@TheBlackPowerRanger think of things like hormone therapies. For example, trans men get testosterone supplements and will help them grow facial hair, which is viewed as a gender confirming trait
