Does anyone else get kinda weirded out when someone says they're autosexual?

I can't relate personally, and it does seem strange to me. But I guess to each their own. I guess it doesn't creep me out as long as they aren't hurting anyone. I've heard that narcissists are autosexual, but they (or at least I think most of them) DO need someone else, or at least the fantasy of someone else, to get them off. But I guess that's not the same thing.
