@Quizzical Most people in the supposed community don't even know what it all means.
Ryannnnnn31-35, M
@Jm31xxx + whatever identity group I can use to further said political agenda when it pops up
Quizzical46-50, M
@Ryannnnnn I'm apparently IN that community, and I can assure you I honestly haven't a clue about anything beyond the T really, lol
Ryannnnnn31-35, M
@Quizzical Haha. The A apparently stands for allies, but technically since the vast majority of people in reality aren't against people being who they are that means we all are now?...

I think the T was a good point to stop tbh..
Quizzical46-50, M
@Ryannnnnn I'd have stopped at B, it's my opinion that transsexuals are not trapped in the wrong body, they are in fact suffering from body dysmorphic disorder.

However, because of all this identity politics bullshit, instead of being treated for it they are being offered sex changes instead.

If a 77lb woman announces that she thinks she is obese and refuses to eat, then she is diagnosed with anorexia a type of body dysmorphic disorder.

If a man announces that he thinks he is really a woman and wants his dick chopped off that is ALSO body dysmorphic disorder surely!

But no, they go and do it because not to would be 'transphobic'.

I really am getting so tired of the bullshit we are being fed day in and day out, it's exhausting...
Ryannnnnn31-35, M
@Quizzical I agree completely. I've been called "transphobic", which btw doesn't make sense as a term anyway, for considering real evidence and important questions and unintented consequences regarding this.

In fact it was a statement that I made that was that I thought giving hormone therapy and sex changes to young children who don't even have a concept of identity nor the capacity or experience to contemplate such an idea was irresponsbile and child abuse.

Especially considering that most real psychologists and scientists define it as a mental illness/disorder, which raises the very rational and ethical question of whether or not it's something to be pushed on people.

Politics need to stay out of science, and they need to let scientists do their job so we can maybe come to a full conclusion about this, but some people seem to actually be against progression for the thing they apparently care about so much..

*Heavy sigh*
Quizzical46-50, M
@Ryannnnnn Sighs all round really, lol
