Why are so many people in the world hating on the LGBT community

i have been an out lesbian for 40 years. it is a lot better now than it was before. but still there are haters and there always will be. plus a lot of christians are taught it's wrong and love to spread the condemnation. what they don't realize is what a bad translation the kjv is and that most verses used to condemn gay people have nothing to do with being gay. but that's another story.

be grateful for the advances we have made and continue to fight for the right to love whomever you want and to be whom ever they are. there will always be haters putting someone down somewhere.

Because a lot of people were raised that way in the past and many still are being raised that way. I've never had a problem with it, though.

It makes them uncomfortable and that's enough reason apparently.

Because they can not get to the point they ask themselves “who am I to judge?”
