Is it ok for the police to use a car to kill a cow?
If there was an angry cow and the police didn't have a gun (in the UK the police don't have guns) would it be ok for the police to ram the car into the cow?

@IndigoSavage if it is not endangering any one there must be other humane ways too deal with it rather than kill it
