Just got my letter denying my workers comp case

Because of course I did. Because the idiot workers comp doctor they sent me to said I wasn’t actually injured and was just too scared to go back to work.

Because that’s what he’s paid to say. Man, I love America and everything is just so great.

I’d retain some council. I remember seeing your posts a few months ago it’s seems well documented - but yeah, our system is complete bullshit for those that do right in society.

Time to get a lawyer. A good majority of workman's comp cases are denied the first time.

If you do not have an attorney, get one and let him fight the fight for you. And no, you do not pay them. The attorney takes a percentage of your claim award at the end.
