1. A wait period and background check before every gun purchase.
2. Guns sold at police stations only.
3. Age 21, like the drinking age.
4. A physical exam
5. Abolish assault weapons.

Simple fix, fire all the helpless liberal teachers and arm the rest.
Train them,
Make time for these new armed citizens to practice,
Get on going training at the school during school hours so those mental cases that might contemplate shooting people can hear the sound of freedom.
Problem solved.
