How would a Republican President tackle crime?

I’m curious to know how a Republican senate/President would deal with

bank robbery?

protest?

drug related crimes ?

Shootings in public places?

Armed robberies?

Mass shootings?

School shootings?

Financial fraud?

Tax evasion ?

This stuff happens every day. regardless of who is in charge.
Would people still be arrested if caught committing the crimes?
From what I saw during Trumps Presidency armed Republicans patrolled the streets during protests and an African American was suffocated BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS during arrest before they were found guilty of any crime and all Trump did was to “praise patriotism”
Serious answers only please.

Serious answers only, they would increase law enforcement on a street level, increase penalties for a lot of crimes, and never address the psychological issues that drive people to a life of crime. This would create a disenfranchised criminal class that can't even vote in certain states. And with enough people unable to vote under the new, tougher laws, hypothetically, the Republicans would keep power.

Somebody's going to come along and say that by telling you this, I'm saying all Democrats are criminals, or something stupid like that. No, the fact is, the only people who take an extreme conservative approach to solving the issue of crime in this country are people who have never been screwed by the system, or known anyone who has been.
@LordShadowfire How would any president increase local police presence?

@LeopoldBloom By strongly recommending to constituents in certain states that they vote for certain state legislature. We see it all the time, actually. Joe Biden suggests you vote for this measure, Donald Trump suggests you vote for that measure. Barack Obama wants this candidate for governor, Trump wants that candidate.

@LordShadowfire They've never been screwed over by cops and the courts. Conservative voters naïvely think the system works.

Naturally conservative politicians blame everything that happens on Ds and minorities.

@LordShadowfire police presence is not the issue. Local law enforcement were present and involved in some of the biggest failings including the ulvulde shootings and the arresting process of the Black Lives Matter incident.

@justanothername I know, but Republicans are so busy painting us liberals as the anti-cop anarchist thugs that they refuse to see the truth about police presence and the police state.

Unless a prominent politician is being prosecuted. Then they're all about defunding the feds.

@LordShadowfire sadly true.
@LordShadowfire Endorsements don't matter as much as they used to. They might make a difference in a very close race, but other factors could as well.

Obama sold a bunch of military hardware to local police forces, but nobody would call him a pro-police president.
