History Repeats Itself: College Leftists Create Jew-Free Zones on Berkeley Campus – the Home of Free Speech

UC Berkeley prides itself on being the home of free speech.

According to the UC Berkeley website, “Free speech is one of UC Berkeley’s most cherished values: It is both part of our legacy as the home of the Free Speech Movement as well as central to our academic mission.”

Of course, that may have been true at one time, but that was before the modern day Marxist left took over academia.

Nine different UC Berkeley student groups recently banned Jews who support Israel from speaking on campus.

This is happening across the US today.

It’s like history is repeating itself.

I was very interested to learn recently that Columbia University, slightly before WWII, accepted a group of Marxists who were fleeing Nazi Germany and created a special place for them in their ranks. The group was known as "The Frankfurt School", and as "progressives", (or Marxists), they supported something called "Critical Theory".

"Critical Theory" was not about race, but was about rendering Western culture obsolete.

Since Columbia was THE most important training University for teachers in the United States at that time, The Frankfurt School was in like Flynn. ALL of those teachers fanned out across the nation, causing the present crisis in prejudice and indoctrination that we see in schools and Universities today.
