It must be a joint task force of ass holes in the FBI training a bunch of the hopeful thousands of future IRS agents on NAZI/ STALINIST tactics of terrorizing people.

In reality there are FBI personnel who do great, dedicated work which protects us. And the same goes for the dedicated IRS workers.
