The crocodiles comment was a joke. But people can't recognize jokes when they take themselves SO seriously that humor flies right over their heads.
I know WHY the Supreme Court ruled as it did...because in a perfect world, the federal government IS in charge of the border and all border decisions.
However, we have Bozo the Clown Biden running OUR border. The Court is forced to rule with history and long term consequences in mind, but Texas is completely correct in what they are doing.
