Anyone cheering about the EPA getting weakened by the supreme court...

Should be made to live next to the power plants, and chemical plants, and factories that they want to see unregulated.

Congress created the Environmental Protection Agency...except for the air and water! Surely, Congress didn't intend for the EPA to help that part of the environment.

Thanks SCROTUS, you fucking zealots.
@Human1000 You "simplify" the issue to caricature, FukFace.

@LamontCranston Did I?

The limits the majority now puts on EPA’s authority fly in the face of the statute Congress wrote. The majority says it is simply “not plausible” that Congress enabled EPA to regulate power plants’ emissions through generation shifting. But that is just what Congress did when it broadly authorized EPA in Section 111 to select the “best system of emission reduction” for power plants. §7411(a)(1). The “best system” full stop—no ifs, ands, or buts of any kind relevant here.

Hmmm, I don't think so. I think the majority are right wing zealots, and agencies, like women's rights, are on the chopping block of the right wing Heritage Foundation.
