Anyone cheering about the EPA getting weakened by the supreme court...

@DownTheStreet the elected officials gave authority to the EPA to free up their time while also bringing in people who have a better understanding.

This supreme court ruling is BS. The SC states it is up to Congress to act. They did by electing a panel of better educated to enact on their behalf. So this new ruling is just doublespeak.

@MethDozer In theory but having a good friend who works for the epa fairly senior he tells me they do whatever they want and the government oversight is almost nil. Plus they always push for more regulation because that = more budget = more pay. It’s a mess.
