Why is it only the nipples of a woman's boobs are censored?

I guess it's all about those fatty mammary glands having the capacity to feed offspring I guess, apparently everyone finds that hot 🤷‍♀️

As in "men can walk around shirtless and women can't"? Prudish attitudes, I suppose. Some of it might be self-imposed, makes it easier to jog, especially with well endowed women.
