No, the Innocence Project did years ago.
I used to be a serious "lock 'em up and throw away the key" hardass for decades. Then by chance I ran across the Innocence Project that helps free or exonerate hundreds of wrongfully convicted people. After finding out the many ways a person can be wrongfully incarcerated, railroaded, convicted, sentenced I placed myself in their shoes. I believe somewhere in scripture it says it takes two witnesses to convict and execute someone. Things are different now.

Now if they actually did it, then yes that's different.

We shouldn't even be concerned about her condition. Whats pathetic is that we are keeping her alive.

Not ,really.
I believe it should be a rarity.
It's hard to feel sorry for someone who tortured and killed another person, though.

@Justmeraeagain Yep, she was a particularly nasty woman!

No, just the method. The rules for lethal injection are just stupid. Execution should be done quickly and efficiently, and within no more than five years of the crime.

@AbbeyRhode Exactly.

Why haven't this been done a long time ago?
LadyBronte · 61-69, F
Not at all. I feel like it's a case of FAFO. They didn't worry about what their victims felt. Maybe I'm just a hardass. 🤷🏼♀

Yeah there's a bunch of beaurocratical stink controlling the method who can do what and who can't and who's allowed in that room. Send them to the local veterinarian and let them do it.
