Private Equity Companies are CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES that must be shut down, with controlling interests locked up.

With civil forfeiture of stock, and bank accounts that are proceeds of private equity. Nobody running for city, county, state of federal office should be elected without being forced to answer about their stance of private equity companies.

What is it about economic freedom that offends you? Why shouldn’t people be able to invest as they like?

Agreed. I find them predatory in the extreme. Many, many times they promise to turn the business back into profit but end up selling off the business, citing - "It was worse than we thought."

They do tend to destroy whatever they touch. Leaving a mess for everyone else to clean up while walking like bandits.
