@fanuc2013 since any deflection would happen after striking the glass - it makes no difference to my point. This isn’t “speculation” - It’s drawing a straight line between the bullet hole and where her head would be. If he was aiming at her head and hit with the first shot, then he was already out of the path of the car, because it would be impossible for the hole to be where it is and stand anywhere in front of the car and hit her. So assuming he was in front of the car on the left corner, a path between him and the bullet hole would have missed over her left shoulder. That means she was killed by the 2nd and 3rd shots. In either case, the bullet that killed her had to be fired while ross was out of the direct path of the car. No speculation here - it’s simply impossible.
