Ballistics, or simple straight line geometry.

From the forward looking photo of Renee Good’s car, the bullet hole is almost all the way to the right near the A-pillar. Assuming her head was centered over the seat, that means if ross was in front of the car when he fired, he would have missed. The 2nd and 3rd shots came from the side, when Ross was definitely in no danger of being hit.

If the first shot hit her, that means he could not be in front of the car if her head was centered over the seat. A straight line between the center of the seat and the bullet hole does not pass in front of the car.

So unless you have a curved bullet conspiracy, there is no possibility Ross was in danger of being hit when he fired the kill shot. And if he actually had been hit prior to the first shot, it wasn’t hard enough to even make him slip on the icy road.

No wonder 6 prosecutors quit.

Bullets deflect when going through solid objects such as glass. The investigators and coroner will have to determine which one or ones hit her and from what angle. Meanwhile it doesn't help to spread speculation

@fanuc2013 so he calculated for a deflection in order to hit her?
