Ice agents are stepping in front of your car on purpose. Here's why.

[media=https://youtu.be/R386fSlvDeE?si=Wbb5sQL7rTCEPQPm]

Highly suggest watching the video but a few interesting points:

-Apparently you can't have a high IQ and be a cop as in that's an actual limitation. A person got rejected for having too high of an IQ and it was found not to be discrimination as it's policy.

-In 2014 an internal review on border patrol found that that on 67 different occasions within a two year period the US Border Patrol stepped in front of a vehicle intentionally just to justify shooting the people in them.

-Based off analysis on the video, this is what the officer did with Renee Goode. And he goes into deeper the actions that they did on purpose.

-In 2023 police shot a woman and her unborn baby using the same justification but the police manual specifically states to not escalate the situation and not stand directly in front of the suspect. The police union said that they can't just let them go but they can when they have make and model of car plus a known identity to prosecute later. They could have absolutely avoided harm but chose not to.

Some other good points but basically this has been going on for awhile. They set the person up where if they leave even if no threat or they have their identities, that gives ice or law enforcement permission to kill people. Even if they are barred from doing so, that's what they're trying to do, on purpose.

Yep, you have to be pretty stoopit to step in front of a moving car. In the law enforcement community, this is known as "officer created jeopardy," which is way too common in vehicle stops. It involves an officer intentionally stepping in front of a moving vehicle to create an excuse for deadly force. It's been affirmed as a defense for drivers in SCOTUS Barnes v. Felix 2025.

This pattern is why the DoJ's own use-of-force policy says that agents may not fire at a moving car that is threatening them unless “no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.”

In this Minneapolis case, Officer Jonathan Ross stepped out of the path of the moving vehicle -- the EXACT means of defense the DoJ cites -- and after defending himself, fired three shots as the vehicle was passing by.
@PeterByres55UK "Officer created jeopardy" is a real thing; denying it would be foolish.

@PeterByres55UK They did a study on it in 2023 and found 67 incidents. The statistical probability is there

@ElwoodBlues He's another double profile of one of the usual suspects that makes comments and don't respond or rarely. I noticed that maga more and more are doing this. Like they should just admit what they don't want to admit

Frankly I’m surprised that the reaction to that poor woman’s killing hadn’t been more energetic.

It’s infuriating seeing her baselessly trashed in social media too. A married, ex dental nurse and mother of three is someone how the biggest threat to US home security if you believe what people spout.

@G7J2O Rubbish

@PeterByres55UK I'm afraid, if you read the comments, that's what they believe.

We know all this, but it’s not going to change anyone’s mind on here. MAGA are locked in regardless of evidence.

@Rabbit420 It's true. "Own the libs" is what's most important to them.

@G7J2O For sure but knowledge is also power too. This post isn't really meant for maga but general knowledge. Also, I didn't know there were IQ limits which is wild to me.

Nothing success like success... Issuing two conflicting orders helps too... Get out of the car.... And... Get out of here...

@KunsanVeteran They probably do - but who's going to stop them? Their powers come from the very top.
@G7J2O …From a “top” that has a very low stature, both morally and legally…

@KunsanVeteran True, but he's still the POTUS.

I seriously doubt that your “average ICE agent” can read any better than Demented Donnie — and we can ALL PLAINLY SEE just how low that sets the bar!
