The problem with shooting at a person in the driver seat in positive operational control of a vehicle in gear.

Feet go to floor when uncanciousness occurs causing the potential of the vehicle to go full throttle out of control with nobody to stop it.

Thats if Renee Good really was trying to run down ICE agents making the chances of getting hit even higher.

When I was in the real military, i was taught to shoot through the radiator and engine and tires to disable the vehicle in such situations.

Beings that Johnathan Ross served in Iraq too, she knew that and clearly wanted to kill her in cold blood.

Litterally everything about the reaction to her pulling away was a problem.

@MethDozer and literally everything about approaching her in the first place was a problem.

1) she was not blocking them in (the agent who shot her actually drove around her car.
2) she was not using threatening language.
3) she was not verbally harassing them “all day”, as was claimed.

Trying to open her car door is also against protocol, probably a violation of her rights, and simply lacks common sense.

Basically they wanted to “teach her a lesson” simply for being annoying.

My opinion - at the very minimum Ross and the officer who tried opening her door should be fired for breaking protocol. But unless there is other evidence out there, such as Good verbally threatening to run them over, I think an impartial investigation and jury would easily convict Ross. From the videos I have seen, I see no evidence she was trying to run him over or run from a lawful arrest.

Unfortunately, not only will Ross likely walk away free, Trump will probably give him a medal of freedom.
