The problem with shooting at a person in the driver seat in positive operational control of a vehicle in gear.

Feet go to floor when uncanciousness occurs causing the potential of the vehicle to go full throttle out of control with nobody to stop it.

Thats if Renee Good really was trying to run down ICE agents making the chances of getting hit even higher.

When I was in the real military, i was taught to shoot through the radiator and engine and tires to disable the vehicle in such situations.

Beings that Johnathan Ross served in Iraq too, she knew that and clearly wanted to kill her in cold blood.

The folks in charge know how dangerous it is to shoot a driver. They've written about it in their manuals!

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) guidance—specifically, 2014 ICE/Border Patrol use-of-force policies—
“It should be recognized that a half-ounce (200-grain) bullet is unlikely to stop a 4,000-pound moving vehicle, and if the driver … is disabled by a bullet, the vehicle will become a totally unguided threat,” it says. “Obviously, shooting at a moving vehicle can pose a risk to bystanders including other agents.”

Here's the 110 page ICE Firearms and Use of Force Handbook

Page 12 includes the following:
4) Deadly force is not authorized solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect. Deadly force against a fleeing subject is only authorized if there is probable cause to believe that the escape of the suspect would pose an imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or another person.

the DoJ's own use-of-force policy says that agents may not fire at a moving car that is threatening them unless “no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.”

In this case, Officer Jonathan Ross stepped out of the path of the moving vehicle -- the EXACT means of defense the DoJ cites -- and after defending himself, fired three shots as the vehicle was passing by.

The ICE agent broke all DOJ guidance.

It clearly states that if you can evade the vehicle, you should do this rather than using deadly force.

He evaded the vehicle, but still used deadly force. It’s open and shut.

Litterally everything about the reaction to her pulling away was a problem.
Risk and tragedy are what conservatives need - that's what made YOU the best population to exploit, most profitable, safest to kill!!!
