They're not arresting them before they go to court they are arresting them after they leave court I have seen the news footage and it is shameful that a New York City controller tried to obstruct Justice he should be thrown in jail as well. If you are not here legally and you have never applied for citizenship you are breaking the law and that is it

@JSul3 doesn't matter if they don't have to obey the laws and neither do any of us and it should be a felony they should not be entitled to any benefits until they have been adjudicated to be here legally. It's all there is to it
