Absolutely! I'm not a lawyer but I can't believe some of the stuff he pulled! All the Trump charges will be tossed out on appeal! I believe he knew it from the beginning, he just wanted to label Trump as a felon for the election, but that tactic kind of backfired on him!

@FreestyleArt Judge Juan Merchan. He plans to sentence Trump this Friday, so that he can enter his presidency labelled as a felon. It doesn't matter to this POS judge, (who should be disbarred, and who WILL be disbarred and impeached), that the case brought against Trump was full of fabrications and wild stretches of the law. Nope. He just wants to SMEAR Trump.
