Should the Mexican government detain and thoroughly search US citizens leaving Mexico?

If we're demanding the flow of drugs from Mexico to the US has to stop, this is going to have to happen. Most of the drugs are being carried into the US by US citizens.

@MarineBob That has nothing to do with the question being asked. We're demanding Mexico prevent drugs from leaving their country. The drugs are leaving their country because our people are transporting them. Searches would be happening at ports of entry, not at random within Mexico.
