It does raise question but it could be anything from an unpaid traffic ticket all the way up to being an ax murderer. Statistically though it was likely drug charges.
BTW, that song Roxanne - I heard on a classic American Top 40 rerun - the host said it was a song encouraging a woman named Roxanne to conserve electricity. I was dead.
