Anime people, no offense but do you watch your anime in Japanese with subtitles or English dubbed?
I found this anime A Whisker Away it's looking very cute 😼 I think I'll leave it in Japanese.

@bijouxbroussard sometimes i feel there are things lost in translation to make a dub "fit" the animation, but it's not significant enough that I'd say it's wrong.
As an example, in one show these baddies wanted a woman to come with them and took her son hostage to convince her. In the dub, she said "Don't hurt him, I'll do anything" whereas in the subtitles the translation was "If you hurt him I'll bite off my own tongue and bleed to death." To me that's a pretty notable difference in tone, but as far as ultimate story progression it does not change much.
