For those who wish to insult a certain buffoonish political figure in a less crass, more aristocratic tone

maybe these terms will help:

Bescumber: to spray with poo
Buncombe: a ludicrously false statement that means bulls*** or nonsense.
Cacafuego: a swaggering braggart or boaster
Corpulent: very fat
Feist or Fice: a person of little worth or someone with a bad temper

I've used 'corpulent' as it's so descriptive and the sound feels good when you say it. 'Buncombe' equally so and it has passed my lips as the first phoneme (the beginning of 'b') gives a satisfactory release.

Your entire comment went soaring over my head!

@rinkydinkydoink I'm very sorry to have confused you. I noticed I've misplaced the 'a' at the end of the last sentence. I'll correct that. Let's just say, I thought you came up with a very good set of words, some of which I use.
@FreddieUK

I went looking for fancy words that would best describe the current gasbag in the White House!

I found those in one clump and cut and pasted them for the post. Corpulent was the only one I'd heard of before!
