In addition to English, what language/languages do you wish you could speak?

German and French because I travel through Germany, France, and Belgium on my way between Norway and the UK twice a year and it would be convenient to be able to understand what people are saying to me in cafes and supermarkets!
The other three countries I pass through are less of a problem. In Sweden and Denmark I can speak Norwegian; unfortunately in Denmark I probably won't be able to make out what the reply is but it usually doesn't matter because most Danes will just switch to English. In the Netherlands, at least in the cities, English is widely spoken so there's no need to learn Dutch.
