Certain accents make people sound mentally challenged when trying to speak in English 😳

I always love French people speaking English. They sound like Arthur Bostrun in ‘Alo,Alo’. Yet we are too polite to correct them.
But they pull you up on every mistake you make in French.
I don’t think they realise how badly they speak English.
