Boston MA. I haven't lived there since early 1980's but some people say they hear it when I say certain words or phrases.

@softspokenman Oh a fellow Bostonian! I live an hour from Boston but I can hear the "cah" type accent occasionally on myself..but not strong.

@Coralmist Yes, there is no 'R' in my 'cah' ☺️
