It depends on if you want to speak with a posh accent or not to be honest. The first pronunciations are how you would say them phonetically and how they are said by many, the second ones sound like us pompus English who like to put an r sound in words that dont need them lol.

Either is fine, you just need to decide which you like the sound of more when you say it.

Ask is pronounced more like your first example, although I can only barely hear the difference between the two.

Advance is also like the first example in America, but may be like the second in the UK.

Your first example was an american accent. Your second example was a posh english accent.

So, it depends on what you want.

Depends on where you are speaking. Americans and British have different accents and ways of pronouncing words.
